Revolutionary nail polish and top coat drying accelerator. Dries polish and top coat from top to bottom in 1/2 the time and extends wear twice as long. Rock hard, smudge free and ultra high gloss. Prevents polish bubbling. Compatible with all quick and air dry top coats. To Use: Apply 2 coats of polish (and top coat if desired). Apply 1 to 2 drops of QTICA 1/2 Time to final coat. Polish (and top coat) will be thoroughly dry in 1/2 the time. Removable with regular polish remover. INGREDIENTS: Dimethicone, Cyclomethicone
